Need more informatio: This is something you need to discuss with your physician. There is a condition called Polychondritis which could also involve the eye. I cannot confirm that this is what you have but something you can discuss with your physician. Relapsing Polychondritis is a systemic process which can cause inflammation in a blood vessels called vasculitis

Could be related: Depending on the eye examination findings, an ophthalmologist might initiate a whole body work up to diagnose the cause of the eye inflammation. Many times however, the cause is not found. Continue following up with your primary care doctor and ophthalmologist. Good luck.
