What x rays?: No x rays available. If an injury occurred and the knee problems persist, an MRI is the study of choice.

Hmmm: X-rays only show bones and alignment. Lots of other things can cause pain that would not show up including meniscus, ligament injury, bursitis, and tendinopathy.
