Menstrual flow: Hard to say what this is, but possible was a spontaneous abortion (could you have gotten pregnant?). You do not say what you consider a fever, but that would be unusual. Would wait and see what happens. If you continue bleeding it might be a good idea to see your doctor. Best wishes.

I was sick for a while probably UTI , fever low blood pressure , all that got resolved with medicines , my vagina was very dry , now I am having clot like blood discharge from vagina since 3 days period is due in 10 days ?
