Possibly.: It would not be uncommon for a young man your age to have some residual breast enlargement which is postpubertal. This can persist for sometime. Less common reasons can include anything from certain medications, to liver disease, to estrogen producing tumors. If there are any questions relative to this an endocrinologist should be consulted and an appropriate examination performed.
