15-18%: A women with no fertility issues has a 20-25% chance of getting pregnant in any given month of unprotected intercourse. In months when you ovulate on Clomid (clomiphene), (clomiphene) you have around a 15-18% chance of getting pregnant. If Clomid (clomiphene) is going to work for you, a pregnancy will usually result in 6 ovulatory months. If you don't get pregnant in 6 ovulatory months, you may need a different intervention.
