Enema: Miralax (polyethylene glycol) or any laxatives won't help. You have to work from below. Since glycerin rectal suppository did not help,try administering a fleets enema or a gentle soap suds enema. If not successful and you're still very uncomfortable, you'll need to be manually disimpacted in the hospital emergency room.
