I was told to take laxatives (miralax) to clear the stool stuck in my colon! took it for 3 days and yesterday i started having awful cramps and pain!

Need to be seen: Unfortunately you are likely impacted, or nearly so with stool that will not move without extra help. The miralax likely just delayed your getting effective care which will likely require enemas or physical clean out. Go to a hospital emergency room and prepare to spend some time. After a clean out, a consult with a GI can help you develop a plan to avoid this in the future.
