My teenage son has been on antibiotics for his infected wisdom teeth, he since has been getting a rash on his arms when he gets hot?

Allergy?: Your doctor have to see the rash to make appropriate diagnosis.

Allergic reaction: It's possible he has developed an allergic reaction to the medication. He should stop taking that antibiotic and contact the prescribing doctor immediately about switching the antibiotic. There could be a more severe reaction (anaphylaxis) in the future if he takes the same antibiotic again. Be sure to discuss this with his dentist.

Allergic reaction: Sounds like allergic reaction to the antibiotic, which can be a serious health threat. Call the oral immediately. Surgeon may want to change antibiotic.
