Depends: On both the medications that you are taking, as many blood pressure medications can alter your ability to achieve an erection and orgasm. But poor controlled hypertension can lead to blood vessel compromise that also can affect your ability to achieve and maintain and erection. It takes a bit of balancing in regards to medication choice and blood pressure regulation.
