Yes: Although you may be nearing the end of your "growth phase," if the bone end plates have not completely formed, you may have some growth potential remaining. Growth hormone-releasing substances such as Sermorelen, or GHRP6 and GHRP2 may help. Find a physician familiar with these substances.

Late bloomers will usually finish their linear growth later than those who start early, but for girls there are some predictable markers.Menses is expected by 2-3 years after breast buds emerge and the hormones that support these markers also signal the bones to do their final growth. Expect an average of 2.5 inches after 1st menses.
