Growth: You will probably stop somewhere between 16 and 20. In the meantime please ask your pediatrician to show you your height and weight growth curves chart. If you are following the curves OK stop worrying. If you are a long way above or below the curves it is time for more detailed evaluation.

Puberty growth spurt: For most girls menstrual cycle means growth is almost done. You will probably grow until age 15 or so.

Hard to say: The primary factor in final linear growth is when your growth centers close. For most young women this is 5-7 cm (2-3 inches) after their first cycle. A single x-ray of your wrist/hand can be analysed for "one age" which gauge how long if any further growth is possible. Once these growth centers close you cannot grow taller.
