Good and pregnancy: Avoid alcohol. Moderate caffeine(1 cup a day). No raw or fermented food including sushi and most hard cheeses and some yogurts. Avoid most seafood especially high Mercury fish- tuna, swordfish, mackerel. Avoid lunchmeat unless you cook it. Avoid herbal teas. Avoid salad bars. Make sure meat is fully cooked.
