Resolving infection: Most viral infections can have lingering effects lasting up to more than one week. You need to see your doctor again if fever returns or other symptoms develop like cough with wheezing, headaches, vomitings or you start losing appetite.

Check temperature a: few times a day.99.6 and above is considered fever.Increace your fluids.Gatoraid is good for that.Profuse sweating at rest is indicative of a problem.See an Internist if symptoms persist and show them all of your previous meds and your temperature numbers. When charting temps, make note of the time, how u feel and the time of sweats.Any weight loss, hard chills,or other abnormal signs or symptoms?
