See Medical Doctor: This could be one of several things including: swollen gland (lymph node) from a throat or dental infection, a clogged salivary gland, or a cyst. Start with an exam by your Medical Doctor. Depending on their findings they may refer you to an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist or a dentist.

See your PCP: Usually swollen glands or lumps under the skin are not cause for concern. Lumps are rarely cancerous, but should always be checked by your PCP.
