Lumps on throat: Hard to really tell what this is by this description. It is best to practice oral sex with people you know very well. If you are worried, see a physician. Grouped pustules on a red base can be a virus. Check for any ulcerations. Inspect the oral cavity in a mirror with a strong flash light. Show areas of concern to the doctor. Good luck. Feel better
