Pregnancy: there is no rule in pregnancy that you will have any symptoms at any certain time. Things are mostly generalities. As an example morning sickness usually goes away after the first trimester, but some women puke their whole pregnancy. There are as many exceptions as their are usuallies.

Prenatal care: The lack of symptoms can not be used to draw conclusions regarding the viability of an early pregnancy. This is not a reliable way of predicting outcome. Schedule your first prenatal care visit to make sure all is normal
