Yes: Since your child has been asymptomatic for the last 3 days and feeling better I see no reason why you cannot restart Miralax (polyethylene glycol). Remember to continue to provide a well balanced diet high in fiber if your child has chronic issues with constipation. Also encouraged increased hydration with water and lots of physical activity. Hopefully should improve over time.
