The 2 ulcers in your mouth may contain the Herpes Simplex virus and can be spread to the genital areas and other areas of the mouth, throuat and tongue from kissing your partner. Human Pampiloma virus is commonly associated with increased Oral Sex and can be spread if, not diagnosised and treated immediately. It is best to not have sexual intimacy for 2 weeks.
