Get a diagnosis: If it is due to herpes, probably not. If it is ulcers from prior oral activities, let them heal. If they are ulcers due to biting yourself, wait til they heal or can get infected. If they are aphthous ulcers (canker sores) it maybe be painful to your mouth to do so.
