Light sleeper: Have him wake up day early at same time. Hs need to exercise 20 min in the morning daily. Have him avoid coffee tea tv internet and electronic stuff 3 hours before sleep. Try to lay down after he goes to sleep. If U are obese get ur self checked for sleep apnea and also if u could get a sleep study it will rule out restless legs caused by iron deficiency . If all else fails sleep in 2 rooms
