Hypoglycemia?: Two possible reasons--some peoples glucose bottoms out after eating before heading back up to normal. Eating smaller more numerous meals can help with this. Also--your blood flow redirects to your intestines for digestion after eating and this is what can make us tired and listless after eating. However, if this is constant, see your doctor for a fasting glucose test.
