Dizziness: The causes of dizziness are many, and too long to effectively list here. However, some of the most common causes of dizziness would include anemia, infections, middle ear disease, medications, blood pressure abnormalities, anxiety and headaches. Proper evaluation by a physician can help you sort this out.

Many things: Hi Lon Your symptoms could be due to many things. For example, anemia, low thyroid, low blood sugar, low blood pressure, and stress. These are just a few things it could be. The good news is that these things can be easily assessed by a simple blood test in the office.

The most common: cause of tiredness and dizziness in a 21 year old woman is anemia due to iron deficiency from heavy menses. After that one considers anemia from other causes and metabolic abnormalities like diabetes or thyroid disease. A simple blood test might give you answers right away (I advise that you go to the clinic and have this done)
