About once a month my hands get dry, red, raw, and peel leaving my hands in pain. sometimes my hands will get very warm also, is it a nickle allergy?

Only if: this happens from 1-3 days after contact with nickel or whatever other agent you may have been using once monthly. Since there is no itching, it points more to an irritant reaction.

Mgt: I would also suggest that the trigger of the reaction be identified. If there is a concern about nickel and a contact rash, avoid handling any nickel based items, incuding jewelry. Good hand washing and using fragrance free products also helps.
