Is propofol safe? i have an endoscopy and am worried about being sedated. i'm being seen for possible ulcer or gastritis. i'm not allergic to anything that i know of.

Needs monitoring: Propofol is very safe as long as it is administered by an anesthesiologist or other qualified physician and monitoring of your breathing is continuously done.
