See doctor: This may be from an enlarged lymph gland but needs to be looked at by your doctor just to be sure that it is not something more serious.

Possible lymph node: Impossible to tell without exam, but if you have been sick recently or are fighting off an infection, it could just be a swollen lymph node. If it gets worse or does not go away on its own in a week or two, please get it checked by your doctor.
