Multiple Issues?: Sounds like you could potentially have multiple issues going on, but possibly a good sinus infection. Pregnant women can typically take Tylenol (acetaminophen) but not NSAID's (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen). Antibiotics that are in pregnancy category B are considered safe such as penicillin & amoxicillin. This assumes you have no allergies, but you need to see a doctor/dentist for a diagnosis.
