Inhaled steroids: Sinus pressure associated with pregnancy can be relieved in the short term with intra-nasal decongestants but this ofter leads to a rebound effect and this can lead to overuse of the decongestant. The daily use of an intra-nasal steroid is safe and usually effective to control the congestion.
