A member asked:

What can i take for sinus congestion and pressure? i am 6 weeks pregnant. no cough. just a very congested sinuses. and an ear ache. i am pregnant

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Inhaled steroids: Sinus pressure associated with pregnancy can be relieved in the short term with intra-nasal decongestants but this ofter leads to a rebound effect and this can lead to overuse of the decongestant. The daily use of an intra-nasal steroid is safe and usually effective to control the congestion.
