Don't worry: As long as you did not have unprotected sex 2-3 days before having the shot on Feb 4, you should be okay. That is assuming you had a negative pregnancy test prior to the shot.

No worries.: The depo shot remains effective at preventing ovulation (and thus pregnancy) for up to 4 months after the last injection. We recommend the every three month regimen for maximum effectiveness. While you should make every effort to get it on time, a few days late shouldn't be a problem. If you're really worried, do a home pregnancy test in 3-4 weeks.
