I have been on depo for about a year now and have always been on time with the shots but now i am pregnant after four positive tests, how is this??

Not sure: I am not sure why you are pregnant, but I offer one of the reasons Depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) fails, and that is significant obesity shortens the interval to 60-75 days instead of 90 to 100 for obtaining each depo shot to be effective.
