Sweet sweat: hard to know for certain why, but if sweat taste sweet, it would be a good idea to see a doctor to perform a diabetes test

See PCP: See your PCP and be screened for diabetes. At least a hemoblobin A1c test but a 3-5 hour oGTT would be the diagnostic standard.
