Not known: Ketone test strips are for urine testing. If it is used under armpit not sure what that would mean. Get a physical and labs to ensure your good health.

Nothing: Smell of your sweat under armpit depend mostly on your anxiety and stressed condition, physical exercise. Diet not really influence on this. With intense smell, please wash it out with WATER, use des odorants and drink more wATER.
