Sebaceous cysts?: Possibly sebaceous or what are also known as epidermal inclusion cysts? Generally these are like pimples that instead of swelling to the outside layer of the skin, swell inwards leaving a lump or cyst. Best to see your doctor for evaluation. If they need to be removed, best to see a plastic surgeon so you get best cosmetic results. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr R

Cyst: THey could be sebacous cysts. You would need your doctor to look at them in person to clarify what exactly they are. Avoid trying to get rid of them yourself as that could make things worse. Hope that helps.

Trauma or cyst: The most common cause of bumps on the forehead IS acne. Since you don't remember any trauma, the most likely explanation is a cyst...probably a sebaceous cyst filled with oily skin debris. Surprisingly, it may be from trauma that you don't recall. It may have bled a little bit and was swollen, and now has reorganized into a residual bump. Not worrisome, but your doctor could check them out!
