LotsaStuffOutThere: There's no general formula. Everyone has their own unique requirements. And just scroll around your local Rite-Aid's Cleanser section to get overwhelmed with all the products out there! In general, however, the following Companies make good stuff: Neutrogena, Cetphil (Galderma Laboratories), and Aveeno (oatmeal) products (J and J). A good dermatologist will help too. And...those small bumps may not be acne!
