Difficult to say: In this limited forum it is not possible to say what you have. At 16 the most likely cause of bumps on the forehead is comedonal acne (whiteheads and blackheads). Having a dermatologist take a look will be your best bet at a better answer. Good luck.

There are other: Possible diagnoses, other than acne. It's a long list - and we can't tell without a photo! see a dermatologist for an evaluation.
