Be more careful : Accidental overdose is very common and also very serious. There are countless deaths each year worldwide due to unintentional overdose. Opiates or pain meds are the most commonly taken. Although this combination of medicine at the doses you mentioned are not likely to be fatal, you do need to be more careful. Be sure to only take your medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Be safe!
