Irregular periods: After stopping a Progesterone birth control method it can take awhile for cycles to return to normal. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Consider starting birth control pills for cycle regulation

Implanon: Most likely, this is because your ovaries have not awaken from the implanon suppression. To be sure, your doctor may consider hormone screening to ascertain.
