I am 5 month after acl operation and i didn't get knee full range extention, what can i do ? and can i still get back the full range extention?

ACL: There is a contracture for some reason. Consider tight muscles, impinging tissues, meniscal tears, scar, acl position, capsular tightness, preop tightness, among others. Consider pt, x-rays, & exam.

Depends : Depends on the cause. You need to be reevaluated by your surgeon. If a mechanical cause such as graft impingement it may require additional surgery.
