In the last couple of days i have been noticing a pulsating sound in my left ear that will not go away. its not painful but rather uncomfortable. ?

Pulsating in ear: Does it sound like blood pumping? Would check it out with ENT over next 48 hours. May be varient tinnitus, from infection, fluid(sinusitis), neuroma ,loud noise or can be a vascular lesion-dissection, aneurysm though you are young for that any medical issues?
