Get rechecked: Intercourse with a condom will certainly reduce the risk of retransmission of chlamydia, but your partner should have been tested and if positive, treated as well so that infection will not be passed on again. It is always helpful to get retested yourself as well to ensure that you have been treated adequately, again to break the transmission cycle.
