In a reclined bench-: -you putting a lot of pressure on your knees. With Ur feet hooked U do hyper extend Ur knees, as well as using them 2 tighten Ur coreso a hyperextsion Iinjury is possible. The main thing 2 worry about is the ACL, but otherwise this should pass. If the ACL was injured U would know right away. Avoid that exercise until it feels better.B careful.
