Some need more : Many patients require doses of sertraline greater than 200 mg per day to attain remission from depression and anxiety. Antidepressants with other mechanisms of action can also be added to sertraline in non-responders. These include bupropion and mirtazepine. Other agents such as benzodiazepines may be helpful.
