A member asked:

I'm supposed to get my period on the 7th next month and i'm having non-menstrual cramps what does this mean? pain area lower ab right side only

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Can't say: Mid-cycle right lower quadrant cramping could be due to anything from ovulation, to gas, to appendicitis. To know for sure would require more of a history, an exam, and possibly testing. If the cramping worsens or you have or develop any other symptoms, I would advise you to be seen ASAP. Hope this is of some help.
