See GYN: See an obgyn and get checked out first. If your OB says you are fine, you may be low in magnesium and / or iodine. If low, can try lugol's 2% one drop in water 2 to 3 times a week, and magnesium glycinate 200 mg once or twice a day as tolerated (magnesium can loosen stools).
