Sugar and salt: If you have a diet high in salt and saturated fat then this may be the first place to start. Cooking with Olive oil instead of corn oil, reduction in fast food and fried foods as well as increase intake of natural fruits and vegetables will help as well. Also increase your water intake by having a glass of water prior to each meal. This can setrve as a great starting point
