Vitamin-Mineral: No supplement really enhances your aerobic fitness. Deficiency of a few vitamins (d, folic acid, maybe a few others) and minerals (iron, some others) are widespread; i urge folks to use a cheap vitamin-mineral supplement, not everone agrees. For muscle bulk, i would encourage you to consider creatine -- not everyone agrees. Shun illegal drugs. Glad you exercise.

Physical Fitness: Please start w/a doctor’s visit to make sure you are healthy enough to exercise. Then see a certified trainer at a gym for a program and follow it slowly but surely. Ask doc about a food plan—I like the ketogenic diet. Generally speaking, it’s about a holistic lifestyle. Peace and good health.
