Don't know: but you need to see your PCP or a urologist. A urinalysis can tell whether you have some form of urinary tract infection, or there may be a prostatitis, epididymitis or some other urinary tract inflammation. There is a medication that is a urinary tract anesthetic that a doctor could prescribe, but you need to have an examination and some lab work to know.
