Anxiety : Stomach distress (including 'sick feeling', gastritis, vomiting, and even ulcers) can be caused by severe anxiety. Anxiety is also well known to cause muscles to be tense. This includes muscles that move the jaw. The symptoms you describe could also be caused by medical illnesses. You should have a doctor review your medical history and do an exam before blaming the symptoms solely on anxiety.

Marked anxiety: could cause abdominal upset and might lead to jaw clenching. Please let your parents know about your symptoms. This can't be diagnosed without actual assessment. Take care.
