A week or two: This depends on how far along you are. If this is a very early pregnancy, then the cramping and bleeding of a miscarriage can be nothing more than like a heavy period. However, if you know you have triplets, that means you're probably into it at least a couple of months, which means your body is going to need to expel all of those products of conception. If it worsens, go back to your gyn to check.
