Endocrinologist?: I assume you have hashimotos, it may need better medication adjustment to support fetus.

Miscarriage: Hypo or hyperthyroidism have some correlation with miscarriages. When you have thyroid disease when you're pregnant next time check your TSH every month to ensure optimal thyroid replacement.
