Can't predict.: If you have deep lacerations that require suturing - please don't delay getting medical help. Get medical assistance now! The doctors will probably ask why you cut. Did you cut to kill yourself or for other reasons? Are you currently having thoughts of suicide or has mood improved? Usually many factors go into risk assessment to determine if admission is necessary. Take care.
